This function will lead the sales & marketing coverage of BMA. Incumbents at this level will oversee a team of sales & marketing professionals and product specialists. Develop business strategies, plans, policies & procedures and be responsible for various projects to improve efficiency and maximize ROI.
Lead the marketing activities and staff for clients for FX & Derivatives businesses
Develop and implement strategic plans in concert with Senior Management to build the business and BMA brand
Build team, mentor and develop junior talent
Build client relationship, cross-sell and lead initiatives to consistently deliver high value solutions to BMA clients
A bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA and/or CFA is a plus
A minimum of 8+ years related work experience with FX and Derivative Sales and Marketing
Current or prior experience covering Corporates and Private Equity firms
Fluent in English
The demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Travel up to 25%
